C’est à la livraison qui a eu problème, avec 3 dates de livraison différentes qui sont reportées avec incertitude et après plus de nouvelles???? Il a fallu que je contacte la compagnie de transport pour connaître où était mon colis que j’ai du ensuite aller chercher moi-même à l’entrepôt sans quoi je n’aurais jamais pu recevoir mon colis. Aussi impossible d’enregistrer mon produit pour la garantie sur le site même du fabricant????

It took 2 months + and 3 follow up conversatsions to have 2 pillows delivered. Howevwe, everyone was very polite when I followed up!

Ordered a lamp from MUST. The lamp arrived defective. I then had to speak to an agent multiple times to get a new one delivered. It’s been since October that I still do not have my new lamp! It’s been quite difficult to get this product and I haven’t received any compensation.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Will not be doing it again.
