Only half my ordered was received due to confusion. Customer service was fast to respond but did not understand my concern at first which was frustrating.

The emails I send to the concierge come back as undeliverable

Sales, warehouse and shipping are individually great services. However there is a distinct disconnect between these services causing systemic failures in performance.

Small scratch but no one has called me back.
