I wanted a specific bookcase and checked with many online furniture stores. Most all had on backorder. I really did not want to wait several months for this product. Horne online store showed this was in stock, but I emailed them to confirm. I received an immediate response (impressive) and they confirmed it was in stock and helped me with the order. Great customer service. Will shop again with them.

Excellent customer service right through to delivery. Item was a bit delayed by the carrier but horne worked to figure out what was going on and kept me in the loop the whole time. Companies no longer provide this level of customer serivce anymore.
