Seems like long wait paid off. Items delivered in original packaging without even a scratch , customer service knowledgeable able to give very close arrival/ delivery / final availability time. Items arrived exactly as posted online , outstanding quality of products!

I unfortunately received a damaged lamp, and did not feel confident a replacement would be delivered any differently. Horne CS was very helpful and understanding…with special thanks to Morgen for making the return and refund process seamless and prompt.
