Poor customer service.
I made an error when I placed the order. I sent an email and followed first thing the next working day to amend or cancel order. They did answer so I left a message. I rang again and left a message again. They finally returned my call at 11:45 am.
I requested to amend the order and was informed as the order was being processed they couldn’t, I requested to cancel and they once again said they couldn’t as it was being processed by the warehouse. I informed them it went straight to being processed as soon as the order was placed.
They agreed that I could cancel the order but as they didn’t know what status it was, they would not and that they were going to send it and then I could return and exchange. They did say they would pay for the return shipping and I would have to pay extra for the exchange and shipping. I finally gave up.
The item arrived and though I didn’t return, I decided it wasn’t worth the effort dealing with them again. I can’t speak about the flow system but the quality of the rest isn’t great or worth the cost, in my opinion.
It is ashamed but they may have got my order but never again would I use their online system and I would recommend only by phone.
