I think overall the quality that has gone into making The Hives is excellent the brass knobs etc. I have placed hinges on my flow Hive as I live in Tassie and it can be very windy. The quality of the suit the smoker it is above the rest as I have seen others. I have had people comment that they like my suit. And when I told them I also got gloves and the toll they were surprised because they paid the same price just for the suits. Even with postage I still come out with a bit more value for money. As I said my only downfall was my gloves are extra large but I need medium.

Fantastic product. The quality of materials, the ease of assembly, and the success of my bees in this hive has all been a source of joy. I quit beekeeping when I lost my hive 10 years ago. The Flow Hive 2 in cedar was a birthday gift. I enjoyed putting it all together, installing a nuc, and watching my colony prosper. Just 9 weeks from installation of the 6 frame nuc in the brood box and I'm now ready to harvest all 6 flow frames and have had to put on a third super to give them more room and work. Awesome system. The girls obviously love it. The windows make it so fun to watch and show visitors and kids. Game changer. The number of new bee hobbyists taking up beekeeping thanks to this system might just save the bees.

We were very interested in becoming involved in beekeeping but didn't want the hassle of the old style bee hive. After much research and educating ourselves about bees, we purchased our Flow Hive. We have just loved watching the hive grow and seeing numerous bees around our garden collecting pollen. We hope to be in a position to extract some honey over the next couple of months and look forward to doing it the "easy way" with our Flow Hive. We have purchased suits, gloves and smokers from Flow Hive and everything is of a great quality and reasonably priced.
