My wife and I had wild bees in the garden and when we found out about the Flow Hive we decided to support the original inventors of this brilliant design and purchased a Flow Hive 2. The delivery was timely and very well packaged. The manual is well written and easy to follow (especially since I am a professional German engineer...) and the assembly process was a real pleasure. I decided to glue and screw everything to make it more sturdy. To finish it off I stained the outsides with a natural decking oil and it looks beautiful. To make the Flow Hive a stand-out feature in our garden, I have raised it off the ground 500 mm by mounting it on a custom steel frame. The wild bees were relocated by an expert bee keeper and have settled in very nicely - now we just have to sit back and wait! Well done to all the Flow Hive team - I think the inventors should be nominated for a Nobel Prize!

Hi - absolutely love our flow hive! We bought it in September, and homed a four frame nuc in it. We put the super on a few days before Christmas, with no real thought of harvesting before March or April, but instead we harvested four kilos of honey just two and a half weeks later - and that was only some of what was there! We did take some advice and had the frames sprayed with wax prior to putting them in, and our busy bees were on the frames within hours, busily building the out. Our Grandkids were totally fascinated and would go down and watch the bees with no fear at all - it is truly every bit as awesome as your videos make it out to be. Can't wait to order more. :-)

I have standard Langstroth hives & have purchased 3 x 6 frames & modified my original hives to Flow Hives. Product was delivered promptly, instructions are clear & easy to follow. Bees are very happy🐝

Hi All, My good Mate Ricky on the farm, has put the honey collecting section on a very Quite box of Bee's, in between the malley tree scrub. I've tasted the honey all ready, light in colour, very thin,but a loverly smooth taste. I was going to bring them back to the city, but my partner said no,so i'll leave them on the farm. In February i'll lift the honey box & put the Brood box on top of the other brood box, to give the workers a rest from making honey to cone making,so the Queen has some extra room to lay more eggs.
