Honeydew Sleep

Not helpful at all. I tried each position and did not feel the rest and relaxation promised. I actually woke up with more neck and shoulder pain than I had before trying the pillow. It is soft and might work for someone else but not for me at all. I'm returning mine.

The second time I washed the pillowcase the zipper broke. How do I exchange it?

I waited a few days, I did several tests but unfortunately it is very hard, my son complained and I took it to do the test and it really is hard, it is not soft and comfortable

I don’t understand the rave reviews and design of this pillow. I was suspect of the design, but bought it anyway because of reviews. Unfortunately, it performed as I suspected: my shoulders still hurt, and now my neck hurts because it suffers from the bad up-angle, not aligned with body.
