Better than expected, with little to no expectations. I've only had it for a month, and so far it is great. Not so much neck pain, hoping this kinda goes away. It will take some time to right years of wrongs. Really liking this pillow though. And, if it ever wears down I know where to go for a replacement.

I’m primarily a side sleeper, I often wake up with a stiff shoulder and sore neck. This is a really nice pillow, helps to relieve the discomfort in my shoulder and neck, very happy with the purchase! Very impressed with the packaging as well as the personalized note! The custom pillowcase is a bit pricey but really well-made and I’m glad I bought it as well. This will now be my go to pillow.
