Being a side sleeper, it’s hard to get comfortable on a normal pillow. I ended up with a sore neck, pinched nerves, and waking up in the middle of the night because my arm had gone numb. This pillow has been amazing. It perfectly fits in between your neck and shoulder! Best part is, you can adjust the firmness by either removing stuffing or adding it. If you’re debating if it’s worth the cost, let me help you out, IT IS. Fast shipping, and the packaging is always phenomenal. I find my husband stealing my pillow when I get up. Go ahead and get the dang pillow. It’s so worth it!

This pillow has certainly helped to alleviate my neck pain. My frequent headaches have subsided as well. What really sets this pillow apart is the shredded memory foam fill versus the latex fill found in many of the lesser pillows. Latex/poly filled pillows allow the head to droop too much. This memory foam is more dense, it’s a rather heavy pillow. But that density is helping to hold my head up which keeps my spine in better alignment, which is easing the pinched nerve in my neck. Of course, you have to test drive it more than a night or two in order to get used to it versus your previous pillows. After the first couple of nights on what I felt was a rather firm pillow right out of the box, I removed three handfuls of fill and haven’t looked back. The bamboo pillow cases feel nice and fit well. I especially like the wide gussets around the pillow edge which allows for a relatively flat surface across the entire face of the pillow. I have not had any issues with it sleeping ‘hot’ as some have worried about. No strong odors either, just a brief spin in the dryer once I removed the pillow from the box. I highly suggest you give the Honeydew Side Sleeper pillow a try!

I have one of these pillows at home. One at my vacation home. And one for travel. I sleep so much better now. Then add the silk pillowcases! Heaven.
