Incredible product, top notch customer service, family owned…Honeydew Sleep Company checks all the boxes. I ordered my first pillow about a year ago and have used it every night since. I sleep on my side due to an injury and use a pillow between my knees to keep my spine straight. Prior to finding Honeydew I wasted money and spent frustrating sleepless nights trying several pillows that did not work. Now I have the Scrumptious Travel Pillow at home and also one for when I travel. The one time I wasn’t able to pack it for a long trip and had to make do with something else was a mistake. I immediately reached out to Jonathan at Honeydew and it was no surprise that he quickly shipped one my way. What a relief. Thank you Jonathan! I'm a side sleeper and finally found the best pillow! I've even bought some for gifts. The only thing that makes this pillow even better is the customer service. No robots, no 15 numbers to push to get to maybe talk to someone. You get a person every time. As a matter of fact, I've had the same person help with me a question over a year ago AND a minor issue just recently. He was amazing and so sweet. Completely walked me through why the small defect happened, that they're glad I said something so they can recalibrate it, AND sent out a new pillow immediately. Their quality is so great and the packaging is so cute, you'll fall in love with the products and the company.
