Shipping, packaging and the time it took to get them was very good!

I purchased the Essence side pillow as a gift and also got the bamboo pillowcase, during check out I took advantage of the second pillow pricing but didn't have the option to get a second pillowcase so I used the link in my confirmation email, asked if I could add another pillowcase without delaying the shipment and got a reply from Kristen in minutes! She was wonderful and quickly took care of my needs. Fantastic experience!!

Amazing pillow, especially since you can adjust the firmness of the pillow to conform to your needs!
