I ordered the product after researching the dehumidifier. It came directly to my door and I was able to carry it down to my basement, without difficulty. I easily attached the drainage system so I don't have to empty the bucket.

It comes with a one (1) year warrantee, however also I registered for your free Warrantee Extension, but your Warrantee Extension Certificate does not give any extension time period, nor provide how long the extension is for. Please provide me this information. Also, please provide me with details as to if and how I can purchase additional Warrantee Extension time beyond what I already have.
