My family and I had a great experience with Homebound. The furniture was the right fit for our home, excellent quality, sturdy and durable. The customer service was exceptional, especially when helping to decide on alternative furniture in case the one I have selected were not available any more. We were very pleased with the speed of delivery. Excellent service from beginning to end.

I rented furniture from Homebound to furnish my airbnb. They have lovely, unusual designs with a really good build quality. The house looks great. The company is young and can be difficult to communicate with, but once you find the right person they're great. Awesome (but pricey) delivery and installation service too.

The furniture is good, but the manager and all the communication could be way better.

Terrible experience.

I will sadly never use or recommend homebound. The website is not clear on billing & they are not affordable. Every single item I chose on the website (& paid for) was incorrect on delivery.
