Ordering a custom curtain rod online was a daunting task, but when I gave the team a call, an extremely helpful rep helped walk me through everything I needed to know to feel confident, when I sent confusing numbers - they suspected something was off and called to help me trouble shoot, and also let me know exactly what brackets I’d need which I’d never of known had I not spoken to them. When we got the bracket, it was a smooth install and fit perfectly! 10/10 experience all around: product and customer service.

I am happy with the product. It is very nice. The original delivery date was approx 5 weeks I believe. It arrived early at about three weeks. That difference may be costing you some customers. If my situation had been different I may have looked for a company with a shorter delivery date. Three weeks or less seems reasonable.
