After ordering my drapery rod and brackets, HF contacted me to make me aware that the items I ordered were not only the incorrect size but also the colors would not coordinate. After a few emails back and forth, the issue was resolved and my order was perfect and such great quality. I would have made a horrible and costly mistake had it not been for their suggestions.
