When I ordered it and neglected to add necessary brackets by mistake they proactively reached out to me to ensure I got some and made sure the color matched my choice of rod as well. Rods were lovey and strong and easy to install

I found Highland Forge through wirecutter, and I was impressed with their many how-to articles which helped boost my confidence. I had only positive interactions with their customer service, and the ordering process went smoothly. When they arrived some of the finials had scratches on the finish because a few screws poked through the protective packaging. But the scratches were minor enough we didn't even ask for a replacement, we just turned the scratches towards the wall and you can't see them at all. Installation went pretty smoothly, and once they were up with the curtains on them they looked beautiful! I'm very happy with how it came together, and how sturdy the rods are. Huge upgrade from the basic ones we had before: the curtains glide smoothly and they rods stay put! I will definitely buy again when I'm ready to upgrade more of my window coverings!
