After days of research online on where to order quality window curtain rods, I finally decided to try Highlanf Forge. I ordered Stainless Steel Rod set with Straight Ends for Straight Window and I was impressed with their quality control. The finished product is flawless, very good attention to detail. Their staff, Mason, is friendly and proactive. He contacted me after reviewing order and discussed possible finish mismatch between the rod and the finials/bracket. The problem got corrected right away. The last but not the least, their shipping packaging leaves no room for your product to get damage on transit. They did not cut corners in putting protective cushions and tape. I seldom put a detailed review on the purchases that I make but I guess this company earned it. Keep up the good work!
