When we got the bracket, it was a smooth install and fit perfectly! 10/10 experience all around: product and customer service.

I am happy with the product. It is very nice. The original delivery date was approx 5 weeks I believe. It arrived early at about three weeks. That difference may be costing you some customers. If my situation had been different I may have looked for a company with a shorter delivery date. Three weeks or less seems reasonable.
