As a Designer I’m very selective for my clients and myself for that matter. Highland Forge offers a large range of custom forged and made drapery rods. I’ve primarily used them for cafe' and French rods. The French rod hardware has a connector that is completely hidden by the drapery and because all of the hardware hangs below the rod, you can go all the way to the ceiling or if necessary to the immediate edge of Crown moulding. Its connector is why I initially started using them. Plus the customizable lengths make it perfect for easy installations. The price point is fantastic especially given the quality is flawless. Add to all of the above, the customer service is terrific. You not only get a human, you get a nice human who is more than willing to help and takes the issues seriously, I needed a few extra parts and pieces for a high end job and it it was taken care of immediately and kindly!

I ordered from HF as I wanted a really high quality curtain rod for the nicest room in the house. The end product is beautiful. I especially liked that I could choose the finish, and all the order options were explained in their measuring and ordering Instructions. It’s funny, the curtains are up now and look great, but more people ask me where I got the rod than where I got the curtains! Will definitely order here again.

The double, extra long rod I ordered is gorgeous in a brushed gold color. It's got a beautiful shine, very heavy duty and I was able to install it myself. I'm so glad I spoke with them before placing an order. I emailed pictures of my space and they advised me on a gold finish that would match better than what I had picked out. I'm SOOO glad. I ended up ordering samples of both colors, and they were 100% right about the color. The spliced rod is undetectable, very well made and the toggle anchors work amazingly well. Definitely get them if you have sheet rock.
