Exactly what I was looking for, but better! This pan is perfect for everyday use. Lighter in weight than a traditional cast iron and the handle is long enough, so it does not heat up right away. I like the deeper sides as it keeps my induction stove top clean when one is a messy cook like me. Will definitely look to purchase a larger version of this pan in the future.
