Poor communication & slow delivery
I placed an order in late November and have her to receive my order. When I called customer service, I was told by Eugena that she would look into it and call me back. I never received a call back and when I called and spoke with a different agent (Dayshay) she told me she could’ve help because she “would have to look through alllllll the emails to see what’s going on.” Isn’t that was a customer service agent does? Over a month later and I still haven’t received the item I purchased. What’s worse is that the item is now on sale and if I were to buy it now I would pay less. I‘m starting to believe the company purposely held my order so I’d pay more — seems dishonest. As an interior designer, there are many more communicative companies I can do business with. I won’t be purchasing anything else from them.
