Took longer than I wanted to arrive.

Everything arrived but I wish there was more update on the shipment process and tracking. I feel like I didn't know when it was shipped and when I will receive them.

I love HAY products–high quality and beautiful. Shipping time is usually as listed. When buying multiple products in bulk that have the same/similar shipping times, they all come in separate boxes, which is annoying and not environmentally friendly. Some product images do not reflect real life colors but others are spot-on, so I never know what to expect with the product colors and end up relying on other reviews. All in all, HAY is great but has a few things to improve on.
