Complete purchase was excellent- customer service, shipping time, product and happy recepient

Despite my breaking two of these glasses within three weeks of receiving them (they are that fragile), the customer service I received from Hay was very good. I might recommend other products of theirs but I'm afraid I can't recommend the Tint Wine Glasses.
