Oh, I have some words about HAY’s customer service and shipping communication. I placed an order with them on March 5th. It is July 15, and still no order. I have called them, I have emailed them. I have asked for updates on my order and when it will be shipped. Completely ghosted. Do they know it’s the law to send a communication when their shipment is delayed? All I wanted was an email or a response. And they have the audacity to send me a review request when I have still not received my order? I am absolutely furious and will never be ordering from this company in the future. I recommend no Canadian customer orders from them either, as they clearly do not care about their international customers.
