Quality is great, very comfortable, easy construction. Turns out I got the wrong size for my space and Neighbor made it really easy to buy some more pieces to turn my Loveseat into a Sectional. Even gave me the discount per the sale that was going on at the time. Minor nitpicks: One leg can only accommodate 3 out of 4 screws due to misalignment of holes, which doesn't look like it will affect stability or durability, and on the second delivery I was missing two screws which were expedited to me within minutes of sending an email. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase.

Great service all around

Allie was very responsive and helpful in getting me replacements parts. It took a little longer to ship than advertised. The boxes did not all come together, but I was clearly advised of this.
