I had been lurking on this companies Instagram for probably a good year before making a purchase. As many of us are, I was initially a bit skeptical of how the build quality of the furniture would be. I was able to book a phone consultation with their head of customer service/ experience Allie and she was nothing short of incredible throughout both the purchase and delivery process. Allie is a HUGE asset to this company as she was willing to answer any and all of my questions pre sale and post, so thanks again for all of your help Allie! As for the products themselves, I ended up ordering a dining table, two Adirondack chairs and two loveseats in the rust color way and I am so pleased with every single piece. The rust color is even better looking in person than it is online and the real low real Adirondack chairs are so comfortable! I haven’t had a formal meal at the dining table yet, but it literally looks like a piece of art sitting on my patio when not in use. If you are looking for a Scandinavian/ minimalist inspired aesthetic then I highly recommend considering this company and their products! Time will ultimately tell how everything holds up, but I plan to treat everything with Golden Care teak cleaner that they recommend using to keep everything looking mint. From what I can tell, the build quality of the materials felt really solid as I was putting it together. The cushions for the loveseats are a little bit on the firmer side, but I actually prefer this as they are ridiculously comfortable without being difficult to get in and out of. I am SO glad that I found this company and decided to pull the trigger on their products as they are exactly as advertised (if not better), and come with a side of amazing customer service. I already have my eyes on the concrete coffee table that they make, so if l had to bet, there will more than likely be another purchase from Neighbor in the near future.
