My experience with Neighbor was so great. I hadn't decided which way my sectional was going to face after purchasing it, as I could assemble it with either a left or right facing arm and I wanted to see it in my space before making the final decision. Because I couldn't decide which way I wanted the arm of the sectional, I couldn't specify which cover I needed either, so their team sent me both a right and left-arm cover and allowed me to return the one I wouldn't need after my sectional arrived. The wait for the sectional was really the only hard part of my experience, which was out of their control. Otherwise, emails were always promptly replied to and solutions were easily provided for minor follow-up issues.

Really lovely people to work with and great response time

Neighbor was easy to order from. When our sofa was delayed, they kept us in the loop. When we needed some extra bolts, they shipped them ASAP. We love our couch and neighbors customer service.
