Shipping took awhile (2.5 months), but the customer service is great and the product is well worth it!

It took a while for my sofa to arrive (due to supply chain issues beyond the company's control) and almost as long for me to put it together (also not their fault) but it was worth it. It looks beautiful, is super solid and fits perfectly on our new deck! The customer service is outstanding. Anytime I had a question they were fast to reply and super helpful.

Neighbor’s customer service was great. They responded quickly to my questions and made sure to advise me of any delays. They also sent me an email with tracking when the sectional shipped. Shipping transit time was about 5 days.

It’s been great having this couch on our deck. It’s been perfect for sitting and napping. I’m happy I purchased this.

The wait was brutal but customer service was great and when an unexpected delay happened I was given a small refund which was truly appreciated. And anytime I called to check everyone was really nice.
