Good customer service, very timely responses

Quick and easy shipping. I was happy this came fedex vs freight which usually requires a second delivery step and coordination of a time window. I actually had a couple interactions with customer support. One was about sale that happened after I purchased/before I received the set and they refunded me the difference with no questions asked. We were super pleased with that and that’s how you keep customers (in fact after that exchange I went ahead and bought a rug as well). Second I was missing a couple bolts as I began to put the set together and the team was super responsive in getting me replacements asap. ‘Stuff’ happens and it’s really all about the customer support; Neighbor does a great job in that department!
