I ordered the Neighbor furniture expecting it to take some time. As the promised arrival date neared, Allie from customer service updated me often and responded quickly to any questions I had about the delivery. Their packaging is impressive - no foam filling in the boxes! My advice to those who purchase the sectional is to open ALL the boxes before assembling. We started by opening just one box and thought pieces were missing. Neighbor has a packaging system to maximize efficiency, and everything was there, with some pieces packed in another box. Assembly was easy and instructions were simple to follow. What a great company with an amazing product. I wish them LOADS of success!

Great first purchasing experience with neighbor. Love that they make one thing--outdoor furniture--and do it well. Website is straightforward yet attractive with high quality images of the products. Took advantage of a sale to get great savings on our set. We knew at the time of purchase there would be a wait, and the items did deliver in the expected window. The products are beautiful, of high quality, and seem worth the price. Would recommend neighbor and will shop with them again.
