I had my old hammock stand professionally repainted (powder-coated) and got the new hardware (spring clips, and hooks) and also the plastic ends from Hatteras. Everything fit great and I now have a metal hammock stand that looks brand new, but is so much more sturdy than the new ones. Not a speck of rust or corrosion anywhere.
