The furniture we bought is just as described, well made, of solid construction and has a beautiful industrial look. Everything arrived well packed and without delay. H & L have been a joy to deal with. Nothing was too much and every enquiry was dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. Their after sales service is second to none, which is quite something in this day and age. I will definitely buy from them again with confidence.

Excellent company with exceptional customer service.

Terrible! The mirror arrived in very bad quality, especially for the price. Trying to return it. The mirror arrived with scratches on side, varnish splashed on the glass which you can’t remove and the glass depth of the pane is printed on inside (4mm) which you can see. Company said someone would be in touch to arrange a pick up. Nothing. Emailed several times and nothing Called yesterday and someone assured me they’d call back, but nothing. It’s a large mirror taking up a lot of space - AND - means I’m delayed in getting my money back, and it wasn’t cheap. Can someone please sort this out?
