Cannot get metal thing to attach string to kite to slide open. I cannot find related instructions. Video shows it open, but how?

I don't feel the item I received was worth the price

I thought I ordered a quilt but what came in the mail was a paper pattern that I returned in the mail to your address in Brooklyn NY

Your products are quite beautiful but your service for mail orders needs a make over. Love what you make, I wish I was in Brooklyn to buy directly from your workshop.

I ordered this item for a wedding registry, on July 11. I did not get any shipping confirmation by the 18th, so I contacted the company who then immediately marked it as shipped, but the tracking showed that no label was even created for another few days. Item finally out for delivery on 26th.
