I ordered this item for a wedding registry, on July 11. I did not get any shipping confirmation by the 18th, so I contacted the company who then immediately marked it as shipped, but the tracking showed that no label was even created for another few days. Item finally out for delivery on 26th.

My original order was received damaged from the factory packaging. They stapled the kite through the packaging. The replacement came the same exact way. I wanted to display the kite but the staple hole pulled and ripped the kite. The company was not helpful in ensuring I received an undamaged product.

My mom ordered this as a XMAS present for my brother and it arrived broken.

Arrived damage. Waiting for a reply.
