awesome all around. great products and customer service and super fast delivery!

There's a personal touch engaging with Haptic Lab that is so refreshing - from newsletters to product descriptions to online support. The compliments never cease when I wear one of my quilted coats!

I had hoped to buy my DIY quilt from a UK supplier (I live in the UK) but they had sold out so I bit the bullet and ordered from Brooklyn.
