Service was excellent, and the kite was easy to order. Sailing kite arrived quickly in perfect condition.

Order processing on Haptic Lab part was very fast. Transit took time, which is understandable, since I am far away. Customs tax was crazy expensive, just to take into consideration when ordering from EU.

Well packaged and arrived as advertised. The assembly instructions are clear and easy to follow. Great job!
