Order processing on Haptic Lab part was very fast. Transit took time, which is understandable, since I am far away. Customs tax was crazy expensive, just to take into consideration when ordering from EU.

Well packaged and arrived as advertised. The assembly instructions are clear and easy to follow. Great job!

Amazing! The kite is perfect and arrived so quickly ! I'm very satisfied !

The quilt arrived very quickly. It was thoughtfully and safely packed. Ready for gifting!

Beautiful safe packaging, very unique (as to be expected). I have purchased several items from Haptic Labs over the years - a kite, a DIY kit of the heavens - but this quilt is phenomenal. Thank you all.
