I have been trying to get any contact from your company regarding my damaged patio table. As of April 3rd I have sent pictures, listed my account number, given my phone number - sent 2 emails AND STILL NO RESPONSE. We have 4 damaged areas to the table and no resolution as of today. We ordered a outdoor dining set on September 25. Still not delivered October 15. Couldn't get an answer about delivery from anyone I spoke with. Cancelled order. I'm writing this with the knowledge that nothing will come of it. Your company is a consumer joke.

Terrible customer service with no response when requested refund

I sent in a request last week to cancel my order and get a refund. I was given a number and it said someone would be contacting me. I have been waiting since the beginning of june for my item to come back in stock. Now it is the end of summer and was notified that the item is back in stock. When I called in a few days ago they said if I dont want the items to refuse delivery. This does not make sense to me?? Terrible customer service and the person was not nice either in customer service. Very disappointed.
