Missing 4th chair

Shipping was free and prompt.

Ordering was easy but delivery was terrible. Communication with Hanover was even worst. The delivery company chosen to delivery my furniture never showed up on two delivery dates. I reached out to Hanover and it didn’t help. I definitely wouldn’t purchase through Hanover again. Furniture is okay. Some of the wicker has started unraveling.
