I had the pleasure of hopping on a virtual call with her (in Canada) while she's in Australia, she supported me with ensuring my choices complimented my design and budget. The support and customer service I received was incredible, I am so so excited to use these candles at my clients event and will continue to be a HoF customer! The boxes came packages so responsibly, nothing was damaged and it was all so carefully wrapped, they even gifted me with the dots to ensure my candles stand straight.
