Fantastic knife I've never stopped using it since it arrived. Very versatile and a great grip which gives you loads of control. I have used it for fine slicing vegetables and as sort of semi cleaver for cutting pieces of meat. I fully recommend this knife.

Huusk and haarko both knifes you should have in your kitchen I am very happy with both knifes and they both give the same result as original japanees knifes
