Bandits or incompetent?
Awful website - online shop keeps adding articles to your order. Immediate contact with the company - late on saturday night - to correct the order, got a fast response. Did I want to amend my order, add more articles or change it? To avoid any further confusion, I asked to cancel the order and reorder one knife. Huusk sent the order a few days later stating it had already been despatched at midnight within minutes of me placing the order, (such an obvious untruth)) and that they could not recall the order and stop delivery.
I refused delivery with DHL and the package was returnned to sender. Several emails huusk promising to look into the matter and find a satisfactory solution as I am a valued customer etc etc.
Then an email saying my parcel has been delayed, but finally on the way. This time no notification via DHL that there is a parcel to be delivered to me. In reply to my email not to resend the package, Huusk informs me this is not possible because it has already been delivered!!
No one has taken delivery oof a parcel at this address. Further check on DHL tracking shows that it has been delivered to another person/ address. Ii can only assume this is a deliberate act to stop me refusing to accept the package again. There have been sufficient contacts with Huusk for them to know this order is incorrect, and As A Valued Customer I expect Huusk to sort it out and not just resend. I advise utmost caution dealing with this company
