Very disappointed and dissatisfied
Ordered two of these beautiful knives. They arrived dull… not as advertised. When I called customer service to arrange for a return, I was asked to take a photo of them. I replied that I was more than willing to do that but didn’t understand how a photo would show the knives were dull. The rep then asked to put me on hold while she consulted with her advisors. She came back and said I could get back a 15% refund if I held on to the knives or I could return the knives at my expense and be charged a 15% restocking fee. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said that wasn’t possible as she was working remotely. I asked to be connected to her advisors who she had just spoken with and she said that wasn’t possible. She said she would have a supervisor contact me. When I asked when I could expect that call, she said within 24 to 48 hours. One week later and I’ve never received a call. Very poor way to run a business.
