had requested that some of my order to be cancelled. I did this as soon as I submitted my order. I had numerous chats and even received a message that the items had been cancelled. They had not. And now if I want to return them, I have to pay a restocking fee and other fees just to return them. I will never order from this Company again. Terrible customer service.

Do not recommend

The site forces unwanted purchases. I tried to change an accidental order. The help line is less than helpful as they stall you by saying a link will be sent with a ticket number. The next thing that happened is they can't change your order cause it's already filled. I CALLED IMMEDIATELY AFTER I ACCIDENTIALLY ORDERED THE KNIVES AND SHEATHES, SOMEHOW IT TURNED INTO A 300. DOLLAR ORDER!!!! I only wanted two sheaths and two knives. Now I have to go through a refund process which I will get way less back and have to pay shipping costs. I like the knives but would not recommend because of the deceptive tactics used on the site and the the "help" line.

Afraid it is a smart scam

First order (cash on delivery, knives) was OK. Then I ordered leather covers and other knives using the promo codes included with the package (prepaid) and got nothing. Money gone from my account, nobody answers the company phone, no info about the order.
