I was updated on the shipment several times. Due to the pandemic shipment was a bit slow but thanks to the updates I was notified when it would be delivered

I found the website to be lacking in consistency and information. Some of the knives had excellent descriptions and detailed information. The 8" offset bread knife did not. However, when I called the showroom on a Saturday morning to ask questions, the man I spoke to was very knowledgable, friendly, and thorough. I went back to the website to order and the process went very smoothly. Shipping could be faster, but overall, I was very pleased with the purchase and the quality of the product.
