Garbage return policy. Shop elsewhere

Terrible customer service. It took over two weeks for them to issue a refund for a product I wanted to return. They tried every trick in the book to stop me from getting a refund, including trying to mislead me as to what their published return policy was. I had to threaten to report them to the authorities before I pried my money out of their hands

Ballast has a slight vibration but no light, nowhere on the packaging or on the directions or the lite itself does it say its a Hortibloom lite??????? Plz make things rite, il be calling first thing Monday morning, il send this light back in hopes for a new one.

I have not received my order. UPS tracking shows this. Your shipment 1ZC1G376YW11265907 Estimated delivery UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package.
