I love the chairs that I received, but unfortunately, they didn't fit size-wise in our dining room area (totally my fault). Otherwise, I would have definitely kept them because they were so nice and the quality seemed great. Customer service when it came time to do the refund/return was super helpful and prompt with their assistance. Probably one of the best return experiences that I've ever had. I'll still be returning as a customer because of how great the company seems to be.
