Very happy with the mattress protector and customer service.

Mattress is great (apex) though you should let it air out for two days before sleeping on it as most synthetic mattresses do have a bit of a smell. That wont bother me though, as its aired out now and sleeps very good. This is the best mattress ive ever slept on.

Shipping was great. Might want to return it for the next one in line which would be a little bit softer.

Finally, a spontaneous gift for my wife that works out! Finding one option that works for both of our needs is usually a challenge, but this one nailed it. The motion isolation and cooling feature are excellent. It clearly makes a great first impression, too—my parents are already buying one after a quick 'test drive' on ours!

Everything went as expected. Website worked well. Delivery was good. Tracking was a little off. But otherwise a fine experience
