We purchased a mattress that
We purchased a mattress that doesn't fit into our murphy bed cabinet. We were not able to confirm the depth (9") because the room this is going into is under construction. Once we got access, we measured and realized that the maximum depth of a mattress is 9". The mattress is in route to us, be we haven't received yet. We reached out to cancel the order but were told that we had to accept delivery (whenever that will be, it's been delayed by UPS). Then we were told to sleep on the mattress, which we can't because it won't fit into the space it was purchased for. So, it will stay in packaging in the garage until the 30 days expires and then we will call again to send it back. This is company focused, I guess hoping that we won't send it back, but not focused on customers at all. What a hassle.
