These are such great utensils. I couldn’t live without them. The mini ones are especially wonderful because I’ve never seen any that small before—and they fit into anything! Also love that I don’t have to worry about them melting if I forget and leave one in a pan. My only complaint is that my puppy loves to chew on them too :(

I just ordered new stainless steel pots & pans & read that many kitchen utensils will mar the surface with micro scratches. I found a GIR spatula at a TJs & fell in love with the feel, the shape & the quality of it. So now I am replacing all my kitchen utensils with GIRs. They work beautifully with my new Mauviel pans. Temperature rating up to 550 is just a bonus. Other products with this quality & temperature range cost at least twice as much. I have heard that GIR can stain with certain foods like tomatoe sauce, but haven’t tried that yet, so can’t say for certain. I might update the review if it does happen.
