I haven’t received my bed yet because I had to delay delivery due to moving, but the associates at Ghostbed have been amazing! I had a billing issue they resolved and even contacted me multiple times to keep me up to date. I also had to change my delivery address. They have made everything so easy! I can’t wait to get the bed!

I researched mattresses for about 6 months before deciding on a Ghostbed for my daughter. She is 19 and has bipolar depression. She has a terrible time sleeping. It didn't help that her bed, although only 6 years old, was terribly uncomfortable! So I tried Ghostbed and hoped for the best. I'm happy to say that its wonderful!! Delivery was super fast! It was easy to set up. Her and I did it without help from my husband. And she sleeps like an angel now. The dark circles and puffy eyes are gone. I can't wait until I can get one for myself!

I’ve tried so many pillows through the years and I can say with confidence that the GhostPillow is absolutely one of the best ones, if not, the best. I could already tell that the pillow was going to be the one by simply looking at the packaging. It evoke the same feeling I have when I open an Apple product. It felt high-end and of great quality. I like that the pillow is shaped like a regular pillow and not contoured like it is commonly found in other memory foam pillows. The pillow stays cool through the night, which I consider very important. Also the pillow cover is removable and washable. In overall I am greatly satisfied with my purchase.
